Colour scheme was developed by Poh-Ling, my partner, and we're currently in the process of colouring all 9 sequences. The program we've used is Photoshop (mainly version CS2). We officially have 4 sequences remaining, and have since done some test renders to check out various settings and visual effects for the final export.
