Went to the park to get some fresh air, sat on the bench with my sketchbook, and came up with this.
Probably the best update for my villain character to date. Not sure about the hair though....might be a nice idea to use as a "younger version". When I took the sketch home, added in the colours and came up with a good hair style for his older self, as you can see on the left.
Top right: concept for his mid-"monstrous form"
